Bonus Guarantee definition

Bonus Guarantee means the guaranteed total incentive bonus to be paid as part of the Company's bonus scheme, generally payable during the calendar quarter after the calendar year end to which the bonus relates.

Examples of Bonus Guarantee in a sentence

  • Any bonus amount due to Executive, including but not limited to the Minimum Bonus Guarantee, shall be prorated for the bonus period based on the number of days in such Bonus Period through the date of death.

  • Any bonus amount due to Executive, including but not limited to the Minimum Bonus Guarantee, shall be prorated for the bonus period based on the number of days in such Bonus Period through the date of termination.
