Bonus Fees definition

Bonus Fees shall have the meaning specified in subsection 13(i) hereof.

Examples of Bonus Fees in a sentence

  • In respect of Outcome Fees and Bonus Fees: if the Participant's Anchor Date was on or prior to 30 June 2018, the Fee amounts specified in Annexure B2 will apply; or if the Participant's Anchor Date was on or following 1 July 2018, the Fee amounts specified in Annexure B1 will apply.

  • In respect of Outcome Fees and Bonus Fees: if the Participant's Anchor Date was on or following 1 July 2018, the Fee amounts specified in Annexure B1 will apply.
