Bonus Capital definition

Bonus Capital means, with respect to any Member at any time, the amount by which the aggregate Capital Contributions (including Capital Advances treated as Capital Contributions pursuant to Section 3.4(b)(i)) made by such Member pursuant to Section 3.4 exceed such Member’s Maximum Amount.
