Bonine definition

Bonine means all over-the-counter Products that contain the active pharmaceutical ingredient generically known as meclizine hydrochloride marketed and sold by Respondent Pfizer in the United States under the Product Trademark “Bonine” prior to the divestiture of the Bonine Assets. “Bonine” also includes all over-the-counter Products marketed or in Development by Respondent Pfizer on or before the Effective Date that are planned to be marketed for use in treating the symptoms of motion sickness in the United States.
Bonine means all of the over-the-counter Products that contain the active pharmaceutical ingredient generically known as meclizine hydrochloride in Development, manufactured, marketed, sold, owned or controlled by Respondent Insight. “Bonine” includes, without limitation, all Products marketed or sold under the trademark Bonine®.

  • STU means the Board or the Government company notified by the respective State Government under Sub-section (1) of Section 39 of the Act;
