Bonifications 2 definition
Bonifications 2 means the amount, calculated by the Monitor (on behalf of the Issuer) on the Data Retransfer Date immediately preceding a Settlement Date, in arrears for the Collection Determination Period ending on the Determination Date immediately preceding such Settlement Date, as a success premium payable by the Issuer to the Seller on such Settlement Date, exceeding the sum of (a) the Discount 2 Threshold, (b) the amount of the Purchaser's outstanding claims against the Seller under and/or in connection with the Master Receivables Purchase Agreement, (c) Issuer Funding Costs related to the purchase of Receivables which have not remained overdue and unpaid for more than 364 days and (d) Reinvestment Damages incurred by the Purchaser, in each case, whether or not debited to the Seller Risk Ledger.
