Bond Sale definition

Bond Sale means, for the Development Special Tax, issuance of Development Special Tax Bonds, for the Office Special Tax, issuance of Office Special Tax Bonds, and, for the Shoreline Special Tax, issuance of Shoreline Special Tax Bonds.
Bond Sale means, for the Facilities Special Tax, issuance of any Facilities Special Tax Bonds and, for the Arts Building Special Tax, issuance of any Arts Building Special Tax Bonds.

More Definitions of Bond Sale

Bond Sale has the meaning set forth in Section 7.19(c) hereof.
Bond Sale means the date on which a Person agrees to purchase Pledged Bonds (or any portion thereof) and the Borrower agrees to sell such Pledged Bonds for a purchase price mutually agreed upon by the Borrower and such Person.

Related to Bond Sale

  • Purchase and Sale Agreement means that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Transferor, as the seller, and the Borrower, as the purchaser, as amended, modified, waived, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.

  • First sale means and include the first sale or distribution of cigarettes in intrastate commerce, or the first use or consumption of cigarettes within this state.

  • Purchase and Sale Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4 of the Sale Agreement.

  • First Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • First Closing Date shall refer to the time and date of delivery of certificates for the Firm Shares and such Optional Shares). Any such time and date of delivery, if subsequent to the First Closing Date, is called an “Option Closing Date,” shall be determined by the Representatives and shall not be earlier than three or later than five full business days after delivery of such notice of exercise.   • Series Closing Date means the date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Subsequent Closing shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4.

  • Acquisition Closing Date means the date on which the Acquisition is consummated.

  • IPO Closing Date means the closing date of the IPO.

  • Second Closing has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Final Closing Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.2(a) hereof.

  • Sale as used in this paragraph shall have the meanings ascribed thereto by governing law and any interpretation thereof contained in rules or regulations promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission thereunder.

  • Company Sale a sale, conveyance or other disposition of the Company, whether by merger, consolidation, sale of all or substantially all of the Company’s assets or sale of capital stock, including any issuance or transfer of Capital Stock of the Company to any Person.

  • Tender Closing Date means the date and time set out in column (C) of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Tender Notice;
