Bond pool definition

Bond pool or "Kentucky Bond Pool" means the voluntary alternative bonding program established at KRS 350.700 through 350.755.

  • Bond service fund means the applicable fund created for and pledged to the payment of bond service charges under section 154.20, 154.21, 154.22, or 154.23 of the Revised Code, including all moneys and investments, and earnings from investments, credited and to be credited thereto.

  • Mortgage Pool The pool of Mortgage Loans, identified on Schedule 1 from time to time, and any REO Properties acquired in respect thereof.

  • Debt Service Reduction Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that became the subject of a Debt Service Reduction.
