Bond Placement Fee definition

Bond Placement Fee means the bond placement fee payable to the Manager equal to 2.00% of the principal amount of each FMB or other tax exempt instrument made, acquired or originated by the Company (other than temporary investments), which is held by the Company or other entities to whom the Company has transferred such FMBs to facilitate financing.
