Bond Discount definition

Bond Discount means the difference, if any, between the Bond Amount and the price at which the Bonds are sold by the Issuer to the original purchaser(s) of the Bonds.

Examples of Bond Discount in a sentence

  • The Bond Amount equals (and the Loan consists of) the sum of the Bond Discount plus items (a) and (b) above.

  • The Bond Discount, if any, shall be deemed to have been loaned to the Borrower and applied to the Bond Issuance Costs.
