Bona Fide Collaboration Partner definition

Bona Fide Collaboration Partner means, with respect to a Party, a Third Party with which such Party has established a contractual relationship providing for the conduct of any bona fide collaborative Development, Manufacturing or Commercialization activities with respect to a pharmaceutical or biologic product. For clarity, a Third Party to which Cidara out-licenses a Cidara AVC program directed to a virus other than influenza would constitute a “Bona Fide Collaboration Partner.”
