Bona Fide Bid definition
Bona Fide Bid shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(a)(1) of the Lease.

Each such bid (a) shall be for payment in full in cash and (b) shall not involve any consideration to be received by Lessee or its Affiliates or be connected, directly or indirectly, with any transaction between the purchaser and the Lessee or its Affiliates, (collectively, a "Bona Fide Bid").
