BOMPET. Upon ten (10) days written notice from the Buyer or the Company to the Seller and/or any of its Affiliates, Seller will cause any Affiliates or Subsidiaries of the Seller to change its or their corporate or assumed name(s) to a name that does not use the word "Bompet"
