To the Knowledge of Bombshell, nothing has occurred that would reasonably be expected to adversely affect the qualified status of any such Bombshell Employee Plan or the exempt status of any related trust.
All contributions required to be made by Bombshell or any Bombshell Affiliate to any Bombshell Employee Plan have been made on or before their due dates (and no further contributions will be due or will have accrued thereunder as of the Closing Date, other than contributions accrued in the Ordinary Course of Business consistent with past practice).
