To this end, samples of each such Article shall be submitted to Bollore, free of cost to Bollore, for written approval prior to any distribution or other use by the Distributor.
If notice of disapproval shall not have been given within 15 business days after receipt of such copy by Bollore, approval shall be deemed granted.

The Distributor agrees to cooperate with Bollore to ensure preservation of the goodwill associated with the Marks and to comply in all material respects with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the goods and services in connection with which the Marks are used.
The Distributor shall at any time execute any documents and provide specimens of use, at its own expense, as required by Bollore to confirm Bollore's ownership of the Marks.
Bollore shall ship and deliver all Products in saleable condition, and Bollore represents and warrants that all Products are merchantable, but makes no other representation or warranty express or implied regarding the condition of the Products.
