BOL Date definition
BOL Date means, with respect to a cargo of Oil, the date on which loading at the Loading Port is completed as reflected on the bill of lading for such cargo or, in the event no bill of lading has been issued, as reflected in the report with respect to such cargo issued by the Independent Inspector who witnessed the loading;
