Bokney DFS definition

Bokney DFS means the ‘Bokney Project Iron Ore, Vanadium and Titanium Feasibility Study’ into the technical, commercial and economic feasibility of Development and Mining in the Mining Area and producing Minerals in significant commercial quantities prepared by GR Engineering Services Pty Ltd for FE Australia Pty Ltd and Au Resources Limited and dated June 2011, as amended or supplemented from time to time. Bokney Mine means the mine, referred to in the Bokney DFS, for the Mining and Treatment of Iron Products that the Joint Venturers have decided to develop and operate in the Mining Area, but does not include a Phosphate Mine.
