BofA Accounts definition

BofA Accounts means lockbox accounts number 3750206876, 750325553 and 018076-932-3 established by the Borrower at Bank of America, N.A.
BofA Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12
BofA Accounts means the deposit accounts maintained with Bank of America, N.A., having the account numbers 325094047686, 325146623741, 325069593408 and 325110352954.

Examples of BofA Accounts in a sentence

  • The Company represents, warrants, covenants and agrees that an aggregate of U.S.$88,054.88 is deposited in the accounts with Bank of America identified in Schedule B to the Security Agreement (the “BofA Accounts”) and it shall, as soon as possible and in any event prior to November 24, 2011, cause such cash to be deposited in another account identified in Schedule B to the Security Agreement and close the BofA Accounts.

  • The Collateral Agent has a perfected security interest in each such Deposit Account (other than any Excluded Account and the BofA Accounts), which security interest is perfected by Control.
