Body Line definition
Body Line means the non-prescription, non-facial/non-neck skin care products developed and being developed by Employee or his Associate(s) and any future non-prescription, non-facial/non-neck skin care products developed by Employee or his Associate(s). For the purposes of this Agreement, "Associate" shall mean, with respect to any Person, any Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under common control with such other Person, and "Person" means an individual, a corporation, a limited liability company, a partnership, an association, a trust or other entity or organization, including a government or political subdivision or an agency or instrumentality thereof.
