Boating shall apply to “flatwater canoeing,” “whitewater canoeing,” “flatwater kayaking,” “whitewater kayaking,” “sea kayaking,” “ocean surfing,” “river surfing,” and “sailing,”
Boating means rafting, canoeing and kayak touring and “to boat” means to raft, canoe and kayak tour.
