Boat permit definition
Boat permit means a permit issued for granting a special privilege which allows an unlimited number of movements of a vehicle hauling a trailer designed and used for the transportation of boats. The permitted vehicle shall be part of an over dimension vehicle whose maximum weight, length and height do not exceed the limitations specified in sections 5577.02 to 5577.05 of the Revised Code and whose width is twelve feet or less.
