The Renter shall indemnify the Marina Society against damage to the Renters property or loss of any kind sustained by the Renter or any other Renter arising out of or caused by the use of the Boat Park or associated facilities by the Renter or the contractors, employers or invitees of the Renter.
The Renter uses the boat park and associated facilities entirely at their risk in every respect and the Marina Society shall have no liability to the Renter or any other person in respect of damage or loss suffered by the Renter arising out of the use of the Boat Park or the associated facilities by the Renter or any other person.
The Licensee must not assign, transfer, grant, sublet or in any manner part with, dispose of or share possession of the Boat Park, or any part of the Boat Park, or the Licensee's rights or interests in the Boat Park, without the prior written consent of the Licensor which may be withheld in its absolute discretion.

Without limiting sub-clause 4.2, supply includes the possession, occupation or use of the Boat Park by the Licensee, including after the expiry of the Term.
Empty trailers or cradles stored in the Boat Park will be charged at the rate applicable to the vessel that uses the trailer or cradle.
The Renter shall not permit any other person to use the Boat Park or the other associated facilities.
Subject to payment by the Licensee of the Licence Fee in accordance with this Licence, as to the other provisions of this Licence, the Licensor grants to the Licensee a licence to store the Vessel in the Boat Park for the Term.
Any maintenance work carried out on a vessel shall be carried out in accordance with Section 10 of the "Boat Park Storage Licence, Storage and Usage Agreement".
The removal and application of anti-fouling paint on vessels stored in the Inner Boat Park is prohibited.
