Boat package definition

Boat package means a boat that is equipped from its manufacturer or distributor with an inboard, outboard, or inboard/outboard motor or engine attached thereto, installed thereon, or shipped or invoiced together as a package. The boat package may include a trailer invoiced from the manufacturer of the boat. For the purposes of this Chapter, the boat package brand shall be determined by the brand of the boat.
