BOAT CREW definition

BOAT CREW means any person (other than the captain, customers and independent contractors providing temporary services for the BOAT), who has been authorized by the BOAT OWNER to be present on the BOAT.
BOAT CREW means one (1) qualified Operator and one (1) qualified Deck Hand.

Related to BOAT CREW

  • flight crew member means a licensed crew member charged with duties essential to the operation of an aircraft during a flight duty period;

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.

  • Crew means the Master, officers and ratings of the numbers, rank and nationality specified in Annex “B” attached hereto.
