Boarding Services definition

Boarding Services means the provision of a space for the animal to sleep; two (2) meals per day and daily exercise and shall specifically exclude veterinary services and care,
Boarding Services means the process of transitioning the Customer to the Services and exiting the Services. Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the state of South Australian.

  • DKL is a Tennessee limited liability company offering Boarding Services and pet related products for retail sale to the general public.

  • For and in consideration of Boarding Services provided by DKL, Owner agrees to pay the daily rate for boarding in effect on the date the Pet is checked into DKL.

  • Where a Boarding Services Employee is required to supervise students during the evening meal in the boarding house, the Boarding Services Employee is entitled to take a meal with the students, which will be regarded as a paid 30-minute meal break.

  • E.10.2 A casual Boarding Services Employee will be entitled to the benefits of all sub-clauses above except that - • cll.18 - Penalty rates and 19 - Overtime do not apply to any additional time worked, however penalty rates applicable to public holidays worked are payable in accordance with Sch.E.9.1. • The process of roster consultation in Sch.E.7.1 does not apply, as each casual engagement will be by agreement.

  • A Boarding Services Employee will be rostered for no more than 3 sleepovers for every 7 day period.

  • Boarding Services available after completion of the program: We offer boarding for previous board and train graduates at a rate of $50 per night.
