Board Services definition

Board Services means services provided by the Board which may include but are not limited to: MLS® System access including any associated assistants, showing management system access, key management system access, billing services, course registration and Media Services products.

Examples of Board Services in a sentence

  • Failure to promptly re-perform or re-deliver within a reasonable time and at no cost to the Board, Services or Products that were determined by the Board to be incomplete or unsatisfactory.

  • The Company further agrees to fully reimburse Consultant for all pre-approved expenses incurred by Consultant in order to provide Advisory Board Services, including but not necessarily limited to travel, communications, accommodation, and other such necessary expenditures.

  • As part of your Board Services you will allocate at least one call per month with management of the company.

  • And, Director agrees not to compete with the Company during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two years after his Board Services terminate.

  • As compensation for performance of additional Board Services and Committee Services, the Company shall pay to Chairman an additional fee of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (US $1,250.00) per Working Day (the “Additional Fees”) except as otherwise set forth herein.

  • Chairman shall be entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred by or on behalf of Chairman for the benefit of the Company and attributable to the Board Services or the Committee Services that are documented in accordance with Company’s expense reimbursement policies.

  • The Company hereby engages Chairman to provide, and Chairman hereby agrees to provide to the Company, the Board Services and the Committee Services during the Term (as defined below).

  • The Board Member will perform the Board Services at such times and in such manner as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time.

  • Upon presentation of appropriate documentation, the Board Member shall be reimbursed, in accordance with the Company’s expense reimbursement policy, for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the Board Member’s performance of the Consulting Services and/or Board Services.

  • In addition to the Board Services, Chairman shall serve as a non-employee advisor to the Company.
