Board Security definition

Board Security means debentures, bonds or dock certificates issued by the Board in respect of any loan contracted by it under the provisions of this Act;
Board Security means a bond, debenture or dock certificate issued by the Board in respect of any loan contracted by it in accordance with the provisions of this Act;

Examples of Board Security in a sentence

  • Platinum Members shall be entitled to appoint a representative to the Governing Board, Security Committee, Safety Committee, Marketing Committee and any other committees established by the Governing Board.
