Board Request definition

Board Request means a request for the transfer of funds from SWIFT, signed in the name of the Board by the Executive Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, the Development Fund Manager or the General Counsel, which the Trust Company may treat to be a duly authorized act of the Board.
