Board Persons definition

Board Persons means: all persons involved in Board Programs using City Recreational Facilities (including, without limitation, students of the Board, as well as teachers, coaches, advisors and referees employed or contracted by the Board); any family members or friends of persons involved in Board Programs using City Recreational Facilities who attend said City Recreational Facilities in connection with such Board Programs; and, all other persons for whom the Board is otherwise at law responsible.
Board Persons means: all persons involved in Board Programs using Municipal Facilities (including, without limitation, students of the Board, as well as teachers, coaches, advisors and referees employed or contracted by the Board); any family members or friends of persons involved in Board Programs using Municipal Facilities who attend said Municipal Facilities in connection with such Board Programs; and, all other persons for whom the Board is otherwise at law responsible.
Board Persons means: all persons involved in Board Programs using Municipal Facilities (including without limitation students of the Board, teachers, coaches, advisors and referees employed, contracted or volunteering by the Board or acting on behalf of the Board); any family members or friends of persons involved in Board Programs using Municipal Facilities who attend said Municipal Facilities in connection with such Board Programs; and, all other persons for whom the Board is otherwise at law responsible.

Examples of Board Persons in a sentence

  • The Board shall be responsible for ensuring that all Board Persons who are using a Municipal gymnasium wear clean, non-marking footwear.

  • Action taken under this Section is effective when the Members or Board Persons required to approve such action have signed the consent, unless the consent specifies a different effective date.
