Board Order definition

Board Order means the document describing the terms and conditions of the public discipline imposed by the Board.
Board Order means project-specific guidance issued by the Board’s Chairperson in consultation with the Board, or specific Panel, regarding the scope, procedures and process associated with the Board or Panel’s decision-making functions during consideration of a project proposal or other Proceeding.
Board Order means an order issued by the board granting, denying, modifying, subordinating, revoking, extending, changing, transferring, reallocating or otherwise amending a water reservation under 85-2-316 and 85-2-331, MCA.
