Board of the Authority definition

Board of the Authority means the Board of the Authority established in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority Act, 2012;
Board of the Authority means the Board of Directors of the Authority, or if said Board shall be abolished, the board, body, commission or agency succeeding to the principal functions thereof or to whom the powers and duties granted or imposed by the Bond Resolution shall be given by law.
Board of the Authority or "Board" means the five members of the Tampa Port Authority appointed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 95-488, as amended.
