Board Facilities definition

Board Facilities means those indoor and outdoor recreational facilities and normal purpose classrooms owned by the Board, located within the geographic limits of the City of London and which the Board makes available to the City under this Agreement.
Board Facilities and “Board Facility” mean facilities owned or operated by the Board that are made available for public use by the School Board and are used primarily for recreational activities, excluding facilities that are leased, licensed or under the contractual control of others, or facilities that are under construction or renovation for which the use cannot be made available. The terms “Board Facilities and “Board Facility” shall include, but not be limited to, classrooms; auditoriums; gymnasiums; playgrounds; swimming pools; tennis, racquetball and basketball courts; athletic fields; and tracks.
Board Facilities and “BOARD Facility” mean the recreational fields at the Jupiter Elementary School (“School”) site that are made available for TOWN use by the BOARD, excluding times when the BOARD Facilities are leased, licensed or under the contractual control of others. The terms “BOARD Facilities” and “BOARD Facility” specifically exclude all other facilities at the Jupiter Elementary School.

  • The Board agrees to make the Board Facilities available for use by the City Recognized Sports Providers according to the Priority of Use, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

  • The Board agrees to notify the Board’s Principals of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Board’s commitment to make the Board Facilities available to the City and City Recognized Sports Providers in accordance with the Priority of Use.

  • Use of the Board Facilities by the City Recognized Sports Providers shall depend on availability and shall be subject to and in accordance with: (i) the terms and conditions of this Agreement including but not limited to Exhibit “B”; (ii) the Board’s rules, regulations and policies governing the use of Board Facilities; (iii) any bond or grant obligations pertaining to the use of the Board Facilities; and (iv) all applicable local, state and federal laws.

  • The Board agrees to make the Board Facilities available for use by the City according to the Priority of Use at no cost or expense to the City, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

Board Facilities. – means any facility within the grounds of Exhibition Place, and owed by the City of Toronto. Board facilities do not include public right-of-ways such as, park-land areas, sidewalks, roads and boulevards, and laneways.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.
