Board Facilities definition

Board Facilities means those indoor and outdoor recreational facilities and normal purpose classrooms owned by the Board, located within the geographic limits of the City of London and which the Board makes available to the City under this Agreement.
Board Facilities and “Board Facility” mean facilities owned or operated by the Board that are made available for public use by the Board and are used primarily for recreational activities, excluding facilities that are leased, licensed or under the contractual control of others. The terms “Board Facilities” and “Board Facility” shall include gymnasiums, playgrounds, swimming pools, tennis, racquetball and basketball courts, athletic fields and tracks.

More Definitions of Board Facilities

Board Facilities. – means any facility within the grounds of Exhibition Place, and owed by the City of Toronto. Board facilities do not include public right-of-ways such as, park-land areas, sidewalks, roads and boulevards, and laneways.
Board Facilities and “BOARD Facility” mean the recreational fields at the Jupiter Elementary School (“School”) site that are made available for TOWN use by the BOARD, excluding times when the BOARD Facilities are leased, licensed or under the contractual control of others.
