Board Class definition

Board Class means, at any time when the Board is divided into two or more classes, a class of directors established by the Company Bylaws and, at any other time, the entire Board.

  • All catering employees or volunteers that pour, serve, distribute or sell alcohol must have on their person a Washington State Liquor Control Board Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
