Board Appointments means the appointment of GB and IS to the board of directors of Parent on Closing.
Board Appointments. We feel as though we are not being heard and that we aren’t accomplishing anything. The Government does not have to go through the same process we have to, and they have veto power. And then we wonder why we aren’t getting things done. We have a 7-person Board, and only have 4-members. What is the point of all the process if we aren’t being heard?
