Board Advisor definition

Board Advisor has the meaning set forth in Section 9(c)(1) of this Agreement.
Board Advisor means a person appointed by the Board to advise the Board on specific matters in accordance with clause 24.2
Board Advisor means any person, other than an Employee or a Director, who is hired by the Company to advise the Board.

  • Sub-Advisor shall include the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Sub-Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.
