BNU. “BNU Pay”, “BNU App”, “BNU Online Banking” and all other text, graphics and visible signs used to ▇▇▇▇ BNU and its relevant business (the Trademarks”) are trademarks owned by BNU. BNU owns the interests in commercial marks in respect of aforesaid marks and such interests shall be protected by law. You are not allowed to amend, register, copy or use the aforesaid trademarks for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of BNU.

Examples of BNU in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are advised that purchases made through the BNU Pay service with your BNU UnionPay credit card are not eligible for bonus points that could otherwise accrue.

  • BNU will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the BNU Pay services not being accepted by any merchant.

  • In the event of any contradiction between these Specific Terms and any other such terms and conditions, these Specific Terms shall prevail in governing the use of the BNU Pay service.

  • You will always remain fully liable for any use of the BNU Pay Account irrespective of who may have used the BNU Pay services and the BNU Pay Account.

  • By continuing to use the BNU Pay services after BNU has posted the announcement of any amendments to these Specific Terms, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood, agreed and accepted the amended contents of the Specific Terms, and accepted to continue to use the BNU Pay services under the new Specific Terms and perform your obligations under this Service Agreement in accordance with the amended Specific Terms.

  • The BNU Pay Account is strictly non-transferrable and cannot be assigned, or in any way made available to or used by any other persons except the registered and authorized BNU Pay User.
