BNS Indebtedness definition
BNS Indebtedness means all indebtedness, obligations and liabilities, present or future, direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, matured or not, at any time owing by the Borrower to the Bank or remaining unpaid by the Borrower to the Bank under or in connection with this Agreement and/or the Security.
