  • For purposes of this Section 4.8, a Collaboration Compound shall have been selected for pre-clinical development where formal assignment of a reasonable level of medicinal chemistry resources has been made with respect to such Collaboration Compound as reflected in the minutes of the BMS Drug Development Committee (or the successor thereto).
