BMP3 definition
BMP3 means a Best Management Plan incorporating the requirements of 40 CFR § 122.44, Subpart K, plus pollution prevention techniques associated with a Waste Minimization Assessment.
BMP3 means a Best Management Plan incorporating the requirements of 40 CFR § 125, Subpart K, plus pollution prevention techniques, except where other existing programs are deemed equivalent by the permittee. The permittee shall certify the equivalency of the other referenced programs.
