  • BMO Trust Company (the “Trustee”) will act as Trustee of a BMO SmartFolio Retirement Income Fund (the“Plan”) for the applicant named in the attached application (the “Planholder”), on the following terms and conditions.

  • BMO Trust Company (the "Trustee") will act as Trustee of a BMO SmartFolio Retirement Savings Plan (the "Plan") for the account holder named in the attached application (the "Planholder"), on the following termsand conditions.

  • Any inquiries regarding your SmartFolio Account information, investment advice or transactions should be referred to the BMO SmartFolio client contact centre.

Related to BMO SmartFolio

  • Portfolio Securities or "investments" of the Series shall mean, respectively, such assets, net assets, securities, portfolio securities or investments which are from time to time under the management of the Subadviser pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Portfolio means all policies of the same terms and conditions and the benefit schedule as certified by the Government as a Certified Plan under VHIS.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.

  • Portfolio Companies means any Person in which any Fund owns or has made, directly or indirectly, an investment.
