BMO Financing definition
BMO Financing means the Indebtedness incurred by the Obligated Parties pursuant to that certain Credit Agreement dated October 11, 2006 among Bank of Montreal, Chicago Branch, the lenders thereto from time to time, Parent and Borrower.
