BMM Share Value definition
BMM Share Value has the meaning set out in paragraph 3.1.1 of Schedule 5;

Provided that the Purchaser shall not be entitled to demand payment of any Leakage as referred to in this Clause 5.3.2 to the extent that such Leakage has been deducted from (i) the BMM Share Value in arriving at the BMM Share Consideration; (ii) the Lisheen Share Value in arriving at the Lisheen Share Consideration; or (iii) the Namibia Share Value in arriving at the Namibia Share Consideration.
