Tenant shall comply with all applicable provisions of the standards of the BMBL to the extent applicable to Tenant’s operations in the Premises.
Any use or storage of Hazardous Materials by Tenant permitted pursuant to this Article 5 shall not exceed Tenant’s proportionate share (measured on a per floor basis), based on the standards of the BMBL (as defined below), of similarly classed Hazardous Materials.

If the Union disagrees with the determination of PPE requirement, it may seek reconsideration by submitting information or by showing evidence of why PPE should or should not be provided or required, or why the proposed PPE should be modified from the original determination in the BMBL.
