BM Net Sales definition
BM Net Sales means gross sales of BMC of the Product in the Territory after deduction of returns, sales rebates (price reduction) and volume (quantity) discount as well as sales taxes (e.g., value added taxes) and other taxes directly linked to the sales (e.g., excise taxes).
