Bluegrass Downs Facility definition

Bluegrass Downs Facility refers to the applicable Facility identified as Facility 16 on the list of the Facilities annexed as Exhibit A to the Lease (prior to giving effect to the replacement of said Exhibit A pursuant to Section 3.K.i. of this Amendment). The term “Bluegrass Downs Leased Property” refers to the Land set forth on Annex B hereto and any other Leased Property pertaining to the Bluegrass Downs Facility.
