BLUE SKY DOCUMENTS definition
BLUE SKY DOCUMENTS means any and all applications, certificates and other papers and documents necessary to comply with the applicable securities laws of any state or other jurisdiction within the United States, including but not limited to, applications, notices, reports, surety bonds, proscribed forms of preambles or resolutions relating to the sale of securities, irrevocable consents and appointments of attorneys for service of process.
