Blue Label definition

Blue Label. Monroe", "▇▇▇▇▇▇", "Orchard Farm", and "Golden Butter Beans" (except as currently used by Seller relating to products which are not part of the Business), and all rights of Seller in and to any other patents, trademarks, trade names, service marks, copyrights, know-how, trade secrets, confidential information, customer lists, technical information, data, process technology, plans, drawings, blue prints, and other proprietary intellectual property rights, used by Seller in the Business pertaining to the Assets to be sold.
Blue Label means Blue Label Telecoms Limited (registration number 2006/022679/06), a company registered under the laws of South Africa.

  • Any and all notices to be given to the Company shall be deemed to have been duly given if personally delivered or sent by mail or cable, telex or facsimile transmission confirmed by letter, addressed to Blue Label Telecoms Limited, 7▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Extension 5, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Attention: Company Secretary, or any other place to which the Company may have transferred its principal office with notice to the Depositary.

  • Buyer will, within 5 days of execution of this Amendment, pay Seller $1 million and Seller waives the remaining approximately $1.3 million in charges that Buyer has withheld prior to the Amendment Date related to the disputed damaged (Blue Label) items in Sears MOS (as defined below).

  • Blue Label Telecoms acquires 30.4% of the equity-shares in and claims on loan account against The Prepaid Company (Pty) Ltd (“TPC”) 3.
