In addition, Student shall use the Equipment only for the purpose of participating in District’s BLSP and for no other purposes.
The District’s CS Program is an Off-Campus BLSP and Students enrolled therein may access VLN’s online curriculum and related services only through the use of VLN Equipment.
District shall identify all of the courses it wishes to include in its BLSP and proved all textbooks and related learning support materials needed to establish a BLSP to VLN at least sixty (60) days prior to the date on which the District intends to enroll Students therein.
Promptly upon termination of this Agreement or said license, or cessation of use by any Student in an Off-Campus BLSP, District shall secure the return of the Equipment.
As a prerequisite to obtaining Off-Campus Services: (i) District must have previously subscribed to and established an On-Campus BLSP; and (ii) each Student enrolled in an Off-Campus BLSP must have obtained high-speed internet access.
Upon the expiration or earlier termination of Student’s enrollment in District’s BLSP, the Undersigned shall (unless the Undersigned has paid VLN in cash the "Stipulated Value" of the Equipment pursuant to Paragraph 5 above) cause all Equipment to be immediately returned to VLN in the condition in which Student received the same, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
In order for Students to access BLSPs from remote locations, District must establish an Off- Campus BLSP.
Such cooperation shall include, but not be limited to, supplying both VLN and each Student enrolled in each BLSP with the textbooks and related learning support materials used in traditional classroom learning.
The Undersigned acknowledges that Student, at his or her sole cost, is required to obtain high speed internet access within Student’s residence in order to participate and remain enrolled in the BLSP.
On-Campus BLSP: District shall be responsible for the oversight of any Student enrolled in an On-Campus BLSP under this Agreement.
