THE ISSUES The primary issues before the Employment Court were: ▪ the application of s103A of the ERA to redundancy dismissals; ▪ whether ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ dismissal was substantively and procedurally justified; ▪ whether ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ should be reinstated; and ▪ the level of damages in light of the Court of Appeal’s decision in NCR v Blowes.
Ashes means so much of the remains of a dead body after the due processes of cremation as may be contained in a standard sized cremation urn;
Recyclables means Solid Waste that may be reclaimed and/or processed and used in the production of raw materials or products.
Apprentice plumber means a person licensed under this chapter as an apprentice
Eggs means eggs in shell — other than broken, incubated or cooked eggs — that are produced by farmed birds and are fit for direct human consumption or for the preparation of egg products.
Oxides of nitrogen means the sum of the volume mixing ratio (ppbv) of nitrogen monoxide (nitric oxide) and nitrogen dioxide expressed in units of mass concentration of nitrogen dioxide (μg/m3);
