Blockout definition

Blockout means a potential access hole which is a thin section of concrete preformed in a septic tank which can be removed to allow insertion of a four (4) to six (6) inch diameter pipe.

Examples of Blockout in a sentence

  • In the absence of such updated notification, the most recent previous Major Maintenance Blockout notification shall apply.

  • Seller shall attempt to minimize its Scheduled Outages during the Major Maintenance Blockout consistent with Prudent Utility Practices.

  • No later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anticipated Commercial Operation Date and the commencement of each Contract Year thereafter, Buyer shall provide Seller with its specified Major Maintenance Blockout.

  • One such day may be used at any time for any reason, except on Holidays, Training Days, or Blockout Dates (but such Blockout Dates shall be limited to ten (10) per calendar year).

  • Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate reasonable requests of Buyer with respect to the timing of Scheduled Outages and shall, to the extent feasible and consistent with Prudent Utility Practices, arrange for Scheduled Outages to occur between October 1 and May 1 of each year (or such other period as reasonably determined by Buyer from time to time) and coincident with planned transmission outages, but not to overlap with the Major Maintenance Blockout.

  • No later than sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated commencement of the first (1st) Contract Year and the commencement of each Contract Year thereafter, Seller shall provide Buyer with its non-binding written projection of all Planned Outages for the succeeding three (3) years (the “Planned Outage Projection”) reflecting no scheduled maintenance during the Major Maintenance Blockout.

  • The Blockout Period shall be extended for the number of trading days during such period in which (a) trading in the Common Stock is suspended by the Commission or any other market or exchange where such Common Stock is traded, (b) the Registration Statement is not effective, or (c) the prospectus included in the Registration Statement may not be used by the Holders for the resale of Registrable Securities thereunder.

  • No later than ninety (90) days prior to the anticipated Commercial Operation Date and the commencement of each Contract Year thereafter, Buyer shall provide Seller with its specified Major Maintenance Blockout.

  • No later than sixty (60) days prior to the anticipated Commercial Operation Date and the commencement of each Contract Year thereafter, Seller shall provide Buyer or Buyer’s Agent with its non-binding written projection of all Scheduled Outages for the succeeding three (3) years (the “Scheduled Outage Projection”) reflecting a minimized schedule of scheduled maintenance during the Major Maintenance Blockout.

  • The Blockout Period set forth in Section 4.5(b) above shall be extended for the number of Trading Days during such period in which (i) trading in the Common Stock is suspended by any Trading Market, (ii) the Registration Statement is not effective, or (iii) the prospectus included in the Registration Statement may not be used by the Purchasers for the resale of Registrable Securities thereunder.

  • lockout shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act.

  • Sabotage means deliberate damage, with malevolent intent, to a category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material, a device that contains a category 1 or category 2 quantity of radioactive material, or the components of the security system.
