Blocklist definition

Blocklist means any IP or URL-based listing of e-mail addresses to which marketers should never disseminate or attempt to disseminate campaigns including, without limitation, Barracuda, Brightmail, CBL, NJABL, Spamcop, and Spamhaus). Finally, as used herein, “Blacklist” means any and all lists of individuals or entities identified as disseminators of SPAM. If, at any time, Company is implicated on an industry Blacklist, then Publisher shall have no more than ninety-six (96) hours from the Receipt of Blacklist notification in order to remedy the situation. Blocklist means any IP or URL-based listing of e-mail addresses to which marketers should never disseminate or attempt to disseminate commercial e-mail including, without limitation, Barracuda, Brightmail, CBL, NJABL, Spamcop and Spamhaus; and (H) include within all VENDOR E-mail, a functioning unsubscribe link which, when activated by the end-user, actually and permanently removes the end-user’s e-mail address from the VENDOR Database. If, at any time, NWMS is identified on an industry Blacklist (as defined below) as a result of actions attributable to VENDOR, then VENDOR shall have no more than twenty-four (24) hours from the receipt of Blacklist notification to remedy the situation. If, after the expiration of the allotted twenty-four (24) hours, VENDOR has been unable or unwilling to obtain satisfactory resolution (as reasonably determined by NWMS), then NWMS may terminate the Agreement immediately for VENDOR’s material breach. For purposes of the Agreement, “Blacklist” means any and all industry lists of individuals or entities identified as disseminators of spam. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that it is responsible for ensuring that the VENDOR E-mails do not generate spam complaints in excess of industry norms. NWMS shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether VENDOR’s number of spam complaints is within industry norms. VENDOR agrees that NWMS’s determination shall be final, binding and conclusive for all purposes. If NWMS determines that VENDOR’s number of spam complaints is in excess of industry norms, NWMS reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement upon written notice (with e-mail sufficing as written notice), and VENDOR shall forfeit all amounts that may otherwise be due VENDOR hereunder.

Examples of Blocklist in a sentence

  • Customer may update the URL Blocklist from time to time, but no more often than once per calendar quarter, upon written notice to Google, and Google shall use commercially reasonable efforts to implement such updates to the URL Blocklist within thirty (30) calendar days.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer understands that Google cannot and does not make any representation, warranty or covenant that no Ads shall contain any of the URLs listed in the URL Blocklist.

  • Company may, at its option, provide Google with a list of URLs for URL blocking (the “Blocklist”) and Google will use commercially reasonable efforts to exclude from Results served under this Agreement any Ads that contain the URL’s set forth in the Blocklist, in each case, as further described in the Google Program Guidelines.

  • Google will add each set of URLs to the Blocklist [***] of Google’s receipt of such update request [***].

  • IAC Site Affiliates may request that Google update the Blocklist no more than once every [***] days for Sites, and no more than once every [***] days for [***].

  • IAC Site Affiliates may, at their option, provide Google with a list of URLs for URL Blocking (the “Blocklist”), which initial Blocklist for each Client ID is attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Blockchain means a digital ledger or database which is chronological, consensus based, decentralized and mathematically verified in nature;
